The effect of Zazen meditation

I carried out 30 minute zazen every morning for two weeks.

I experienced my life in alcohol for the past 40 years, excessive drinking of alcohol causes depression.

About five years have passed since I started zazen, but doing a zazen now has become one of the pleasures of my life.
